This guide describes how to manage your personal profile settings, security features, team information, and subscription details. Each section is accessible via the side menu or your user profile.

Profile
Accessing Your Profile
You can access your profile in two ways:
- By clicking your initials in the upper right corner of the screen
- Or by selecting “Edit Profile” in the left-hand side menu:
Editing General Profile Information
In this section, you can:
- Upload a profile photo
- Edit your name
- Update your email address:
Changing Your Password
You have the option to change your password.
Please ensure you follow common security best practices, such as sufficient length, complexity, and uniqueness:
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator.
After activation, a QR code will be displayed, which can be scanned using the app:
Managing Linked Accounts
This section provides an overview of your linked third-party accounts (e.g. Google, Microsoft).
If no accounts are linked yet, you can initiate the linking process here:
Viewing Active Sessions
You can view a list of your currently active sessions, including device type, IP address, and the time of last activity:
Deleting Your Account
Finally, you have the option to permanently delete your account.
This action is irreversible and should only be done with full awareness:

If you have registered via SSO, there may be restrictions on account management. Account deletion is only possible if you provide an email address and password.
Team Settings
Accessing Team Settings
You can access the team settings by selecting “Team Settings” in the left-hand side menu:
Team Overview and Management
In the overview, you will see:
- The team name
- The current team owner
- A list of all team members
You may leave the team by clicking “Leave” next to your name:
Subscription Management
Accessing Subscription Management
You can open the subscription management section via the side menu by selecting “Subscription Management”:
Viewing Your Active Plan
In this area, you will see:
- An overview of your current plan (e.g. license type, duration)
- A note indicating that only team owners can make changes to the subscription:
