JTL 5
This guide explains how to integrate SiteCockpit into JTL-Shop 5 using the official easyVision plugin, the Nova template, and easyTemplate360.
JTL Plugin Integration (easyVision)
1. Purchase the Plugin
- Open the JTL Extension Store.
- Search for SiteCockpit.
- Select the easyVision plugin.
- Click “Checkout now”, then “Place order” to add it to your shop installation.
2. Bind and Install the Plugin
- Login to your JTL shop backend.
- Navigate to Plugins → My Purchases.
-
In the “Unbound Licenses” section, bind the plugin to your shop.
-
Click “Install” to complete the installation.
3. Configure the Plugin
-
After installation, go to Plugins → Installed Plugins → SiteCockpit easyVision.
- Locate the “Integration Key” field in the settings panel.
- Retrieve the key from your SiteCockpit dashboard (see Embed Code & Integration Key).
- Paste the key into the field and click “Save”.
Nova Template
Since the OnPage Composer (OPC) does not allow footer or header portlets, we use the standard layout to embed the code:
-
In the backend, go to View → Standard Elements → Footer/Boxes.
-
Create a new box, e.g., “Custom Box (without frame)” under the “Standard” container.
-
Select the box and click the Edit icon.
-
Click “<>” to open the source code editor.
-
Paste the Embed Code into the editor and click “Save”.
-
Save the box to finalize the integration.
easyTemplate360
-
In the backend, navigate to Plugins → Installed Plugins → easyTemplate360.
-
Go to Content → Footer.
-
Add a new widget of type “HTML”.
-
Paste the Embed Code into the Content field and click “Save”.
