Magento 1 Shop
Magento 1 is no longer officially supported, but many stores still use it with custom setups.
This instruction assumes you have admin access to the Magento 1 backend.
Log in to the Magento Admin Panel
Open your browser and log in to your Magento 1 backend using your admin credentials.
Open the Configuration Panel
In the top navigation, click on System → Configuration.
Go to Design Settings
In the configuration sidebar (left side), navigate to:
General → Design
Insert the Embed Code into the Footer
Scroll to the section labeled Footer.
Expand it and locate the Miscellaneous HTML field.
Paste your SiteCockpit embed code into this field.
Save Configuration
Click the Save Config button in the top right corner.
Your embed code will now be added to the frontend of your Magento 1 store.
Magento 2 Shop
Please note that Magento installations can vary significantly (e.g., multistore setups, custom themes, extensions), so certain steps may differ slightly depending on your setup.
This is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
easyVision Plugin
Log in to the Magento Backend
Log in to the admin panel of your Magento 2 installation.
In the left sidebar, click on Stores.

Open Shop Configuration
Under the Settings section, click on Configuration.
You’ll now see an overview of all shop configurations by Store View.

Configure easyVision
In the menu, navigate to easyVision.
In the settings, set Enable easyVision to Yes and enter your Integration Key, which you can find in your SiteCockpit dashboard.

Theme configuration
Log in to the Magento Backend
Access your Magento 2 admin panel.
From the left sidebar, go to Content.

Open Design Configuration
Under the Design section, click on Configuration.
You will now see a list of configurations per store view.

Edit Active Theme
Find the theme used by your active Store View.
Click Edit in the Action column.

Insert Embed Code into Footer
Scroll down to the Other Settings section.
Expand the Footer area.
Paste your SiteCockpit embed code into the field labeled Miscellaneous HTML.

Save Your Changes
Click the Save Configuration button in the top right corner.
Your changes will now be applied, and the embed code will be rendered on your Magento 2 site.
