User
This is a regular main user (= customer) of SiteCockpit who exercises ownership of the account.
Service partner
This role applies to technical service providers and agencies that provide customers with technical and content support for the integration of our solutions or the implementation of accessibility.
Affiliate
This role applies to pure content and advertising partners.
Team member
This applies to employees who are invited by users/service partners but do not exercise account ownership.
NGO
This is an organisation that pursues charitable and social goals, such as environmental protection, human rights, development aid or social integration. We support NGOs that pursue a not-for-profit commitment. Proof can be provided by uploading the notice of exemption from the tax office.
Non-profit organization
A non-profit organisation pursues exclusively and directly purposes that serve the common good - for example in the areas of education, environment, culture or social affairs. It is not profit-orientated, uses all funds for its statutory objectives and may not distribute profits to members. proof can be provided by uploading the exemption notice from the tax office.
